These 2 movers came to my residence and and loaded my Uhaul truck, when it came time to unload my Uhaul into the storage the 2 movers on the destination end noticed that my furniture has significant damage on it. Then I filed a claim for damages and the response I received was to have the approximate weight of the furniture that was damaged. Now I guess I am suppose to pull out my furniture from the storage and some how weigh it. Total B.S. I will never retain this company again. Utter disappointment to say the least.

Great guys. Did exactly what I asked and what needed to be done. Didn't understand that although we still had 30 minutes left to return to apt and pack more there would be an additional charge for returning to original location. The guys were willing to work their allotted time but I didn't want to pay more than I already agreed to. So the company made 1/2 hour of $ and they should give part of that to the guys for a job well done.
