The second guy was about a half hour late. He replaced someone who had a back injury according to the first guy. The move (1 bed apt) took FIVE hours! They did not have moving straps knowing it was a third floor move. The lead guy groaned loudly throughout the move. They took frequent breaks. I had to unload many boxes just to try to get my rental Uhaul back (late!). Nice guys but totally unprepared. I have used Hire a helper a couple of times with very good results. I was very disappointed this time.

What a great experience! The owner communicated with us perfectly.This was a very last minute move on our part. They made sure we knew who, what, where & when. The 2 movers were 100% polite, communicated well, respectful, positive attitudes, listened & were quick to get the job done.

Got here a little early, packed the truck wonderfully, got all my heavy aquariums in carefully. Great job!

They were late but they called to let me know, only one guy showed up as the others had car issues, then ran out of gas. When the rest of the crew arrived there was about 30min let but the manager let me know there would be no extra charge due to their arrival. Plus we really didn't have a lot, when the guys loaded who had to go up and down stairs took only 45min to load these guys should have taken less as no stairs and we unloaded a good portion the night before. Either way they got the job done just seemed unorganized.
