2.5 hrs late. Not prepared for job. Worked very hard. Not go communication with you the administration. Liked the movers very much. However they were not informed of job but a few hrs before. So therefore not prepared. Will use them again. But not your hire helper company. You do not respect who you hire to do the work.
While our crew was delayed coming from another job, we remained in communication regarding the delay. Once our movers arrived, they worked hard and completed your move successfully with **no reported damages**.
We also made the decision to send an **additional crew member at no extra labor cost** to help make up for the delayed start and get your move completed faster. The additional manpower shortened the overall moving time, and we’re glad to hear that you liked the movers and were satisfied with their work.
We understand that the delayed arrival was frustrating, and we take responsibility for that. However, we don't believe it's fair to say that we don't respect the people we hire or the customers we serve. We took additional steps that day specifically to make sure your move was completed efficiently and successfully.

Two movers arrived at our home. They got there earlier than the scheduled time, which made it easy for us to get ready. In addition, they loaded our belongings onto the truck in a professional manner, carefully planning the loading to ensure everything would be transported safely. Thanks to this, we were able to complete our move without any damage to our belongings, and everything went smoothly and safely.
