We were so pleased with LeDoux Moving Solutions. They helped my mother in law who had been in her home for 30 years pack and move everything into a pod. They were so sweet to her and helpful. Could not have handled this emotional and stressful situation any better. Sometimes it's a joy for people to move to their next adventure and sometimes it's scary. In this case they helped a sweet woman close a chapter on her life and move successfully to the next chapter.

They arrived 45 minutes early with no courtesy call like we were promised the day before. They packed a lot of our furniture weird (instead of just having our floor lamps standing up like normal, they put them sideways on top of things) this caused several of our items, including all of our floor lamps, to be damaged and broken during our move. Our nightstands and one dresser received damage to the tops with a bunch of scratch marks and scrapes. They forgot to load up our garage fridge into our truck as well. They were kind and did work really hard, but at the end of the day, we just weren't happy with how everything ended up.

I could not have been more happy with our decision to have LeDoux Moving Solutions! The movers were phenomenal! They were on-time, courteous, friendly, and most importantly got our pack done in 2-hours. They were the ultimate professionals and were organized and could teach advanced physics the way they got all of our remaining belongings in a 12-foot storage unit. If I were going to be back in Denver, not only would I use them again, I would ask for the same two guys specifically!

Packed items we asked them not to pack, including trash, and refused to remove them when we realized what had happened. They packed our pod so high that the door couldn’t open and our movers on the other side had to wedge themselves in to free the door. Our movers on the other side of the move were shocked with how poorly they’d done this job. They put our couch cushions in the pod unwrapped and wedged against the wheel of a bike (a bike we had asked them not to pack) and it was covered in bike grease. We had even went out and bought shrink wrap for them to use. Would not recommend.
