These movers were amazing! They were very professional, conscientious, courteous, and took great care of us and all of our belongings. They even went so far as to lay extra packing blankets anywhere needed to make sure nothing even had a chance of getting damaged and to keep from tracking anything into our new house from outside. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Three of the Four Reliable Movers I booked showed up, the forth person was supposedly fired at the job just prior to mine because he was stealing from the customer. Josh allowed me an extra 30min due to their not having the 4 movers I had booked. They did a good job on my basement clean out, but I had under-estimated the time needed so Josh gave me his business card (with Dependable Movers as the company) to call & schedule another 3hrs two days later. He said he would rather I call him directly instead of through Hire A Helper because he would make more money than by going through them. We set up a different time, and he didn't show up. After multiple texts sent, I finally called him 2.5hrs past the start time only to then find out that he "was in an accident, his truck was totaled & that he was sitting at the police department right then." Why he wouldn't respond to my texts, I do not know, but the whole thing did not sit well with me. I then contacted another mover within Hire A Helper and booked them. A few minutes later they called me saying they would not be able to do it on short notice, but stated that Reliable Movers would be available. I refused.
At this point I feel like Josh lied to me about why he didn't show up and I find it hard to understand why one day his truck was totaled, and the very next day it's available. He may have multiple trucks, but it's very doubtful. Either way, I will not be using Reliable Movers/Dependable Movers again, nor will I be using Hire A Helper for any future occurrences. I gave them 4 stars because on the one day they showed up, they did a good job. Otherwise they would have been rated 1 or possibly 2 stars.

Josh was wonderful and came with only a day's notice. He communicated when he would be there and showed up on time, worked extremely hard and was invaluable in getting my son into his apartment! I can't say thank you enough! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a hand with moving.

Great, great, great!! The Team arrived on-time and immediately got to work. Our 5 bedroom home was full of furniture and furnishings and each team member worked diligently to get the trucks loaded and without damage. I wish I could take this team with me wherever I go and employ them full time! They were very professional, extremely respectful and really worked tirelessly to complete our move. They completed what was a 10hr job for three men in only 7 hours. Awesome team of hardworking men who each deserve a big raise. Thank you again!
