The two person Mover team did a great job unpacking our 10 x 16 pod. We've never used this type of service before, and we were asked initially to show them the
areas where we wanted our belongings to be placed. Next they wrapped doors and wall edges to prevent damage. They were each pleasant and respectful of our things, made suggestions about placement, and were very accommodating with our requests. They worked quickly and efficiently.

They arrived on time, they were prepared for the job and did a great job protecting walls, door jams and flooring. They worked hard but took too many breaks, did a good job on moving a heavy juke box to our basement, and struggled with a freezer to the basement but didn't give up on getting it through the narrow turn at the bottom of the steps. They did really good on this for two containers; one 8' and one 16' - order # 3096693. They respected our belongings but when off-loading a toolbox set mounted in a custom-built bench, they mishandled it & the top & bottom box tipped over onto the ground. It damaged both boxes, they are old but WERE in good condition. Biggest problem now is to re-organize the boxes. We have enough going on now without having to add this to our list of things to do. To replace a toolbox set (empty) at today's cost could reach over $8,000.00. I don't need a new toolbox but I do need time to re-organize it. A damage claim will be filed.
We did use them again on the last remaining pod order # 3096698; they got delayed on a previous job but did very well at communicating with us on their ETA every step of the way.

I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic job The Movers did packing my PackRat shipping container! They were absolutely phenomenal! They got literally everything in the container in such an amazing way, it blew my mind! If I ever needed this kind of service again, Iād ONLY use them! Thank you to The Movers!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Moving is personal, so are we. . Courtesy phone calls and open communication is essential and our priority is to put your mind as ease. We’ll take the ‘weight’ off your shoulders.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
AFTER the initial walk through, we encourage the client to relax or take cae of anything they might need to provided we are able to reach them. Then the crew will begin to prep the house with door jam protectors, railing, walls, and flooring protection.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
As little or much as you’d like by packing. DO not place any boxes in the place where large items go if you take anything to the new house. We do offer full service pack and move options. If you’re looking to reduce cost, we can guide you on prep work and necessary task with materials available for purchase.

We are a full service moving company; offering local, long distance ( both in CA & interstate)labor/delivery service, furniture assembly, as well as storage service.
