First they left lots of items in each room instead of making sure one room was complete before going to another . More than one piece of furniture will have to be replaced due to irreversible damage .I think if they would not have rushed it would have been ok but rushing leads to damaged furniture that’s never ok.

Initially I thought they did a good job until I actually looked at the truck they packed ..I am
Sure they have good days and bad .I wish them well.

Lady you harassed me via text messages 2 days after job completed showing me other people work and telling me the storage was free I have a license to move people No you do not do room by room your moving truck was a 26 foot that had several items on it before I started working that I had to stack so the load would work 1/4 gone so yes things was left but not the heavy stuff it was put on truck you was not prepared no moving blankets no tie downs you was at work and was called over the phone numerous times including extending the 2hr and you declined you filed a damage claim on 10/7/2025 and it was denied you ran out of time and wanted free service I even wrote something to the homeowner giving you extra time to move I did a second load with my moving truck and you was there it is sad that you not being honest about the work and rather bring your emotions into this we here to work what is crazy there is a lady left a review leaning towards the same time you on so it is not the work bad person bad customer review posted on 10-11-2025 2:23 am I am not interested in you

Loaders did not take owners instructions into consideration when loading the pod. Specific items were requested that heavy things not be sat on top of them. They ignored those instructions only to find out now I have damage to a cedar chest and they had 100 pound box sitting on top of a very sentimental dresser. Also, our queen bedroom is now bent and damaged because they landed it up against the pod on the outside and it fell and hit the cement. Unfortunately, we’re only finding these things out now. Not happy. It was a two hour job. They did in one hour and it certainly showed no rhyme or reason even the gentleman that unpacked the pod yesterday were shocked to see that they had stuck so many heavy things on things where they didn’t belong that were marked heavy!!
