Although I rated the “Service was okay”….. I really was disappointed that one of the guys (CJ, I believe his name was),
Moved several boxes CLEARLY MARKED BY ROOM to my Master Closet instead of in the garage he had to walk thru AND they were marked for the garage!!!. I’m a 78 yr. Old woman who needed help I could count on so I didn’t have to RE-LIFT things to another part of my house or garage. These guys left in an hour, but got paid for 2 hours PLUS didn’t unpack a 48” round glass top that went on a dining table base either. I actually made the mistake of tipping them $20.00 Each and they were gone in a flash before I realized the problems I was left to physically find a way to resolve and that they were paid to help with. Very disappointed & would NOT recommend or use again.

I also just talked to cj 12/12/2023 8:58 am he say you told him to put boxes in master also that your son was at the house too putting your bed together that you was outside when you tipped also tipping mean that you did a awesome job that is his side of what happen

My problem was not with the help that was sent but that the estimated time/charges were grossly overestimated and we were not given a refund for the time not used over the 2-hour minimum. The company estimated 3 hours, charged us for 3 hours and even though the packing only took an hour and 10 minutes, refused to refund the unnecessary time over the minimum. My suggestion is to sign up for the minimum and pay for more as needed.

This was a second hiring for my second storage pod. The movers showed up on time, were very polite, placed things exactly where I wanted them and helped with assembly of furniture. Definitely recommended.

C.J. and Isiah were amazing. I was moving my disabled brother to my parents' home 350 miles away. My brother was not very helpful and I had my sister there to help. He had lived in a two room apartment for five years and had accumulated a lot of stuff and had not parted with anything. We had to quickly pack as we only had C.J. and Isiah for two hours. I was so very grateful for the kindness and positive attitude, and hard work, from both of these young men. They had a smile on their faces and told me they would help us with everything - and they did. While we had started packing the 16 foot truck, they told us they would move a few things to make room for the larger items and would ensure proper load balance on the truck. And they took several sentimental items that my brother had and packed them at the back of the truck and ensured they were protected between TV screens and moving blankets. We were so wowed and appreciative of these two gentlemen. I can't say enough good things about them. If you have the good fortunate to have them work for you, please be sure and tip them - they are well worth it!!!!
