How is it inappropriate you was not there yes you her mother yes you paid for the move and they sent you the review she had to call you to release the money but you was not at the loading address it was your daughter you called my phone and her husband being rude I never reached out to you guys ever i texted you the same thing on this review so you see it you guys was not ready simple it is not our fault you guys was not ready we are not in the business of sloppy work plus nothing was mentioned about loading heavy items only I was walked around entire house and showed what items go and it included boxes as far as the stuff that was loaded it was put on safely correctly and will make it to final destination container was completely full no space sorry for the inconvenience (updated) Ma’am when you are moving long distance with a container you cannot just load heavy stuff that is in-town move only you must mix it up with boxes and build up you did not have enough room even if I loaded all big items she still would not have room majority of her items was not wrapped and ready I loaded the items that I felt was safe for the type of option move (update new message) yes I did say that because that is how I feel we did everything she asked after she confined herself in a room and did not come out not too look at her own pod she didn’t even look me in my eyes when we fist bumped introducing myself and the other two guys with me you cannot be mad about how I feel I deal with customers everyday and your actions showed me just that that sofa must could not stand up in the new pod so I was right that’s why you still harassing me where is the original response where you said boxes was not going just big items and the other things that were said now you saying boxes was to go we only had big items to move stop changing your response because you confused the sofa was not wrapped the dining room table was not wrapped the desk was not wrapped why she never came out the room Why? You say I am unprofessional I say you a bad customer and it don’t matter how much money you offer I would never help you guys with anything For my future customer the things she referring too was said well after job when she got on the review lying and it is showing right now I was very calm over the phone and text when I said you shouldn’t hire anybody if you got a husband and dad I was referrring to your actions obviously you didn’t like are presence there and how we work you did not like so it is best they do it simple I love all my customers and treat all them the same when you go through and look at my bad reviews look at the good ones also....Book today and know a peace of mind is coming
