I would definitely not use this company again. They charged additional fees for the job which I was happy to pay. Afterward, I called Hire a Helper to verify the extra charges. Although some charges were legitimate, some were not. Before choosing this company, I read through the reviews on the website. I thought the people who left poor reviews were most likely just being difficult. In retrospect, I wish I had paid attention to the issues people raised with the company because we experienced several of the problems referenced in the poor reviews. If you're looking for professional movers, I would recommend hiring a different company.

Very careful with our items. They were on time and worked hard! Very courteous. They worked for the two hours scheduled non-stop! I would highly recommend Kenny and Mike. The transaction from planning to paying was simple and flawless. Having the flexibility to add an hour was a plus, though we didn't need it.
