I expected strong able bodied professional persons but it turned out to be the opposite.The helpers were 30mins late.It was a family who came to help.The wife was doing most of the work.Initially it was the husband and wife team for the first 3hours and then it was their children alongwith dad for the last 2.5 hours.When I initially moved to Peoria,IL the whole work took only 3hrs for the two men and a truck team with two persons.But this time it took 5.5hrs.I ended up paying $120 more to the helpers by cash for the 2.5 hrs($20/hr for the kids too). I would never recommend them again.

I have used several moving companies in chicago and peoria. I always am upfront with them about what I have and what my expectations are. Heartland not only meet mine but they by far exceeded them. The three man crew headed by elijah was the best! They Busted their hump the entire job and finished fourty minuets early! never seen a moving company do that before. They good I has was the best, get'm. I'll keep their number handy for future use and referrals.
