Worst moving experience ever! I was quoted 989.00 for a 2 hour move for a 1 bedroom apartment and they charge triple that and took 12 hours to move my stuff!

Do not hire Always Professional Movers! They refused to move my refrigerator up the stairs even though the refrigerator weighs less than the 400 pound HireAHelper limit (a fact confirmed by the spec data for that model) claiming alternately that it weighed 600 pounds and that they didn't have the proper equipment (lifting straps) to move it. When I tried to address the issue with HireAHelper, the APM representative resorted to bullying tactics and ridiculing me on the phone. It looks like I am going to have to hire another company to move the refrigerator at additional cost. APM also took my own personal hand-truck when they left.

Great job with the guys from Always Professional Moving.
They were able to make updates to my appointment & arrangements to ensure that they would have enough time to finish the job, arrived ahead of schedule and were able to finish the job within the 4 hour window to keep everything on time. All my belongings were transported carefully with no damage or lost parts, and they were able to transport everything that I indicated for the move. Thanks again for a great job! I would highly recommend them for your next move.

They arrived a few hours later than originally scheduled, which I have no problem with because it's the nature of the job. But I was on edge and very anxious, and was not very polite to them when they did arrive. In spite of my attitude, they were courteous and polite to me. They got to work right away and did a wonderful job moving all my things in a thunderstorm! I would definitely recommend them.
