The crew showed up on time, were very respectful of our belongings, worked hard without breaks, and filled our pod in a very efficient manner. We highly recommend them!

I had a good-but-not-great experience with these guys, but it seemed as though it was outside of the norm for it to not be great. They showed up on time and were super friendly. When they saw what I had, one of them said, “You hired three of us, but I think this is a two person job. If you want to save some money, I’ll leave...even if the job takes an extra hour, it’ll cost the same.” That worked for me, so he headed out.

Unfortunately, one of the guys who remained was brand new, and he was a bit slow, and didn’t seem to be working with the same urgency as the other. The job that they’d estimated would only take around 2 hours, 3 at the most, ended up taking almost 4. But, to their credit, when I spoke to the company, they only charged me for 3 hours and said they would assess things with the new employee.

So, all in all the experience was very good, despite some minor setbacks. Everyone I talked to was professional, kind, and very helpful. And the issue of taking more time than estimated (which seemed to be an unusual situation) was addressed quickly and professionally. Overall, I would still definitely recommend them!

They did an awesome job! Very professional, worked efficiently, handled everything with care, patient & asking lots of good questions, etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for movers in NYC metro.

They packed my POD like it was a jigsaw puzzle.

I booked quite late through HireaHelper. Because of this the timeslots were apparently messed up and they did not send out a crew until 3 hours after our scheduled time. Luckily, hireahelper has a late policy that refunds 5% per hour, so overall I think I got a good deal for the services rendered even though they were late. The people that came were very friendly and professional, and got my stuff done an hour early. This company is also pretty legit as they have liability insurance and uniformed crewmembers. My apartment had strict move-out policies were everyone moving out had to use a moving company with liability insurance, so overall they provided a good price for the move while doing a professional job.

The guys were very good. They were a few hrs late because of trouble with their vehicle but they did stay in constant communication with me. Once they arrived they were very polite, respectful, and professional. They did pack our POD like a jigsaw puzzle. They also were very careful with our more fragile items. I would recommend using them

Wolfgang and Ben were great! They quickly and carefully loaded our 8' x 16' POD in 2 hours, stacking everything solidly like a jigsaw puzzle without damaging anything. They were super nice and personable too. Anyone who gets them as helpers will be lucky!

Neil and Marcus were very nice, efficient, and careful! We had some odd pieces and needed extra help with some furniture they offered to help in any way! Would recommend them anytime! Also very strong guys!! Yeah!
