I booked Fred's Moving, LLC (the movers) weeks in advance through Hire A Helper and set my move time from between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. I received both an email and a text confirming the same. On the morning of my move, the movers actually arrived between 9:00 a.m and 10:00 a.m. I had booked a 3 hour time slot for the movers to move my 26 foot moving van full of household goods and furnishings into my new house. It took them under 1 hour to unload and looked as if they backed the truck to the garage and slammed on the brakes and called it a day. Needless to say, items were broken and nothing was put back together. I would most definitely not recommend booking this company for your next move.

The guys from Fred's Moving were waiting for us when we arrived. I had definitely underestimated the amount of help we would need, but the worked very hard [in the dark, in the cold] getting our stuff into the house. They came prepared with a dolly, and used it. They had to ask us some questions about where things went [our error] but pretty much had down where things should go. Their communication with us was great. We would hire them again.
