These guys were awesome. We had a three bedroom house that we were worried about squeezing into a 16’ container, and the three guys that showed up were able to fit almost everything in it. They were super nice, extremely fast and efficient. We had a lot of things already boxed for them, but they very quickly wrapped any miscellaneous furniture that we didn’t have time to disassemble. They were here for only 2.5 hours but they tackled A LOT. Would definitely recommend them, and would definitely hire them again.

Only issue I had was another helper showed up, which led to confusion because I paid ahead of time through hireahelper.com. Outside of that, workers were great, careful with my items and took their time to make sure it was done right. Would like to use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our team members are here to help in any way. You will get a reminder call and an ETA call from our office, where you can directly contact a team leader if needed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The crew leader will call with an ETA when they are on the way. Once the team arrives, we will do a walk-through so everyone is on the same page as far as the order of items and special care needs.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have items as organized and staged as much as possible for easy access. Make sure pets and small children are clear of any pathways. Label boxes on the side for easy placement at delivery.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local, long-distance, and office moves anywhere in the state of Texas
