Chaz and Crew is exactly the professional service I was looking for. I hired 2 guys for 3 hrs for $269. Chaz showed up with 4 guys!! I explained to them the items they were moving and packing were antiques. All the care was made to load my Pack Rat container. Chaz n Crew finished the job in 2 hours! I would highly recommend this company.

Chaz and Crew included Chaz, Franklin, Sid and James. I must preface this review by revealing that it was necessary for me to reschedule with them three times because the delivery of my containers was delayed. Chaz graciously accommodated me; and fitted my job in. The men were hard working and competent. My husband and I agree that Chaz and Crew are superior movers. We would certainly hire them again; and, recommend them.

4 GENTLEMEN showed up ON TIME the day of my scheduled move. They came well prepared and started work immediately and did not take a break, lunch and worked 4 1/2hrs over the scheduld time (because I had way more furniture than I realized-after all the boxes were taken out!) They were more than respectful to me & my property. They never once complained and worked harder than ANY company I've ever dealt with.
These are 4 exceptional human beings/men with a great work ethic.
I have been passing their name along on a daily basis.

On time and very fast! They were also very accommodating... I was running late so we had to push their arrival later only a few hours before the move.

The three guys who helped me were kind, courteous, and early! I had some furniture that was not only heavy, but also difficult to maneuver but they were careful and patient getting it around corners and down the stairs. I was promised that the truck would look exactly the way it did when we left PA, as when we arrived in NY. Absolutely nothing moved over the course of the 4.5 hour drive. They worked hard and were prepared for every part of the job. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
