Chaz and crew were great. They arrived early (before 8 on Sunday morning). I was supposed to have two workers, I got four at no additional cost. They knew what they were doing and were organized about the move. Very good experience. I would definitely use them again.

Chaz and Antoine went out of their way to make our move as painless as possible.
They were a few minutes early, helped us get a truck (we didn't realize they were movers only) even if they didn't have to, and worked hard but still handled my furniture - including my upright piano, with great care. With plans falling through that day I appreciated their quick response via phone call confirmation, and coming even if I only booked them 2 hours in advance, and on the last day of the month at that.
Chaz and Antoine are trustworthy, and I would hire them if I ever had to move again.

We were renting a truck for a. Move to Philadelphia...had no idea who to call, but U-haul reccommended this website. So we checked the 3 top reviews and selected Chaz and crew based on all the excellent previous reviews. Chaz was about 10 minutes early so we got started right away. They were careful with everything and finished the job right on time. I will be buying alot more furniture soon and I will use them again.

My experience working with Chaz & Crew was fantastic from beginning to end and I would highly recommend him and his crew if you are in need of movers. They don’t bring a truck but that was no problem, I rented one from uhual for the day for a good rate, I was moving a one bedroom apartment between units at the same complex. They brought some padding materials and equipment like dollies for carrying different types of furniture. I requested their help for a Sunday only about a week and a half in advance and they accepted it. They called a few hours before their scheduled arrival time to let me know they could come an hour earlier if I would like them to. I let them know that would be helpful so they arrived an hour early. Chaz and his crew were very friendly and professional. After giving them a quick overview of the furniture to be moved they quickly began moving items. I had put in a request for 2 movers, but had given Chaz a heads up that there was one piece of furniture (a large wooden armoire) that would possibly need another person to move. He arranged to have a 3rd person come to help with the armoire, the third person stayed for the rest of the move. They finished moving everything in the 2 hours I had requested. They were very professional, they took care with all of the items they moved and had a really great upbeat attitude even while moving the solid wood armoire into the new third floor apartment! I was very satisfied with and impressed with their work. I would definitely hire them again for future moves. Thanks Chaz!

Even though I had just placed the order on-line a few hours earlier, the team from Chaz & Crew actually showed up 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. They were polite, professional, and listened carefully to what I needed done. They asked the right questions before getting started and as a result were able to efficiently and effectively handle the tasks I had requested. They were expert at moving and handling electronic equipment so that everything was in perfect working order, clean and perfectly placed when they left. I was more than pleased with the service and would definitely use them again if needed.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
