We thought we could do this ourselves and, now, I am oh so very glad we didn't. Glen and I are older and we found this help to be wonderful.
Chaz and Crew moved quite a number of items for us, over to a nearby storage facility, on Sunday afternoon. While we are searching for a new home,we wanted to move items to make it easier for someone to remove the existing wallpaper and paint.
Chaz, James and Cory were right on time and could not be more careful. They took their time and were so very careful and respectful. I was a bit behind and they even helped me wrap! I felt that they were more friends or neighbors than movers. They didn't even stop for a drink when offered. Next time I will make lasagna and they will HAVE to stop! They were prepared with dollies and blankets and were very time oriented, yet never rushed.
They followed us over to the facility and were, again, very organized and calm. I have never moved before, so the time they took to be careful and considerate was, indeed, very reassuring. They were even careful enough to move the pots/statues from my front step and to stay on the sidewalk and not the grass.
I think it's a good idea to have extra blankets, sheets on hand so that you can cover everything if you are storing prior to moving. Everything was in the storage hall before they started to fill it and by the time it was finished every little nook and cranny was properly and safely filled and covered.
A note to let you know how considerate this team was: I had neglected to properly wrap a glass planter dome which was accidently dropped. A curved piece broke and they IMMEDIATELY wrapped the entire thing up and will find a replacement piece if possible. How very thoughtful and dedicated.
Amy, from the Public Storage facility (Rt73, Marlton, NJ) asked me how I liked them. So I will be dropping off cards so that others will use them. By the way, it's important to tip.
UPDATE:
We just found a house!! I will be giving them another call for certain. Chaz said that they can move my piano and grandfather's clock.

First of all, sorry for taking so long to review Chaz and his crew but I haven't had internet access to do this before - and I wanted to take the time to review them properly. Chaz and his crew are absolutely awesome! They arrived early and never stopped the entire time they were loading our belongings into pods. I was amazed at how they were able to get so much into such small spaces. I was sure we would need three pods but they were able to get all but a couple things loaded - and there was not an inch to spare. The pods won't be unloaded until the beginning of December but I'm not worried about any breakage. The care they took with our belongings ensures a successful move for us. I would most definitely hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Chaz and Crew for a wonderful experience!

Very pleased with chaz & crew. They came when they were supposed to be here for the packing of my pod.
I couldn't believe they got everything in there. When they came to unload my furniture and boxes, they were delayed a few hours, but I was informed when they would be here. When they showed up, which was late in the evening, they unloaded everything in a short amount of time and put the furniture just where I wanted it and all boxes that were labeled were put in the proper rooms. I was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. I know they must have been tired after a full days work, but they still came out and helped me get settled in my new home.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
