They were super professional, on time & very efficient!!!!! I’m so happy we chose them & we had a very last minute move! We have moved sevytimes in the past & these are some of the top movers we’ve had!! Packed the truck really really great!!(26ft U-Haul)

The crew arrived on time and were incredibly helpful. There was no job to big or to small for them to assist with. They were very engaged all 3 hours and even made sure to remind us of tasks we were trying to keep track of. I would definitely use them again for my next move.

Extremely friendly and hard working. We started to unload the truck before they arrived (they were on time, we were early). Once they arrived they kind of shooed us away saying.. "we got this". Great crew!!! Thankfully they had a furniture dolly that made the move much easier (we had ordered them through U-Haul but they had failed to provide them).
I will use them again as I have them reserved to move my other daughter at the end of the month.

They arrived on time, and did my move in a third of the time that I had reserved. They were very respectful of my property, and wouldn't even let us help them move my things! Overall I would use them again for a future move.

They arrived on time, were pleasant and reasonably priced, but were not cautious with moving my items. I had a few dings on my walls and dents on my floors because they were not cautious.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
