What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The Isaac’s Moving and Storage team will arrive on time and park the truck in the best place and prepare for the move. The driver is the point man and will introduce himself and the team. You, or someone designated by you to act on your behalf, must be present through the loading process. Prior to loading, the team of movers will prepare the site, protecting your home and contents with floor runners and padding. Any items that can get scratched or cause damage will be wrapped in padding or stretch wrap.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
There are many things to do when moving, so it can get overwhelming and disorganized very quickly. Isaac’s is here to help with a checklist for different thing to remember and plan before the big day starting 4-6 weeks before and up to the day before the move.

Every team member undertakes our professional training program to learn to provide the finest moving services and meet our rigorous standards before ever being sent out on a job. We have our own model apartment where our team pack, load, unload and unpack entire room contents to test their training.
