I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were late, lazy and tried to scam me. I needed to hire movers the next day to finish the job. I hired them for 3 hours. They worked for one and argued with me about the job for 30 minutes. They brought extra people and tried to scam me. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! They didn’t tell me they were leaving they just took off after an hour.
I would highly not move these people again.
It was July fourth weekend everyone in the home was intoxicated
we took on there move on the same day service with a one hour window to arrive no other company would move them
not only did they talk down to us
They used very Explicit Derogatory terms towards us
we completed the move for FREE
gave this customer a full refund just to not deal with the drunk people in the house the family was fighting each other arguing drinking and taking shots of alcohol while the movers was there
They even tried to get the movers to drink we understand it’s the Fourth of July but the movers had a job to do an they did it all while the family was arguing an fighting most people would have not completed the job
Only way she gets to review us after the job is due to I gave her a full refund the movers completed the job for FREE and she still not satisfied. But thank you your stuff was packed safely and securely with no damages also you hired two movers we sent you four movers due to the scoop of the job wasn’t what you said you had a 500 pound table that took all for movers to move an you didn’t get charged for but your husband was very understanding he didn’t give the movers a problem she even argued with him

Lucas Movers are simply wonderful! They kept in close communication with us before, during, and after the move. They adjusted their schedule when we had some unexpected problems opening the door to the POD. And they were efficient, courteous, and upbeat through the arduous move-in, enduring 90 degree weather and a steep flight of stairs. Outstanding!
