The team was able to fit me in last minute, due to changes in my shipment to help me unpack Upack relocubes.They were attentive and prompt, keeping me informed of any damages (incurred during transport not by them). They worked quickly and were quick on their feet to think of ways in maneuvering items to fit better. Highly recommend!

My husband does everything last minute and he was desperate to move all of our furniture back home after we just moved it two wks prior (DONT ASK) we booked this service in less then 24 hours of using them. They were in time and ready to work three young men who worked super hard and efficient to get the job done. Super nice and respectful. Nothing was damaged at all from the furniture to the paint on the walls. Super efficient I highly recommend

They were able to come in at the last minute and were so AWESOME! They were swift and packed the POD like a true Tetris player. Great experience and highly recommend.

The team arrived on time and seemed enthusiastic at first.
They pulled things out of a storage unit that had been badly packed, put them in the hallway in the building, and moved the boxes into the truck first. So far, so good. They seemed business-like.
Then things slowed down. I was going up and down the elevator with carts to see if I could help the team make progress. After the boxes were loaded, the carts were not as helpful as hoped and things slowed down again.
My belongings were loaded, but furniture, including antiques, were gouged in the moving process, lamps broken and the glass on a picture frame shattered.
I did not know about the damage until I unpacked the load the next day.
They were friendly enough, but not considerate of my belongings. They put a 50# weight on my great-grandmother's rocker. That did not turn out so well.
They did not use the blankets I rented unless I specifically asked them to.
They finished in the agreed upon time, but damaged so many things, I don't think it was worthwhile to hire them and will not in the future.
