I had 2 separate crews. Since this doesn’t give the time I will review both. The am crew arrived a little late and seem to be unaware that they needed to follow me to the storage unit so they moved a little slow and none of them wore mask. They even made a stop during my 3 hours I paid for. The 2nd crew called me to let me know they were waiting at my 2nd storage. They were nice but wore no mask and wasn’t vaccinated. I was supposed to have 4 people but got only 3. One of the guys would leave boxes in the middle of the room with no were to walk with more items coming in the house. They stacked large boxes on top of medium boxes very high even after I told them I had neck surgery.

The team showed up at 9:08 when they were scheduled for a start time between 7:30 and 8:00. 3 of the guys worked hard and were careful and respectful. One guy Matt was lazy, and was disappearing regularly, he kept getting yelled at by the boss. I found out later Matt also purposely rubbed up against my wife while she was taping a box and at one point he was asking her to go into a back bed room and talk to him. My wife told me about this after they had left. I felt the 3 good guys on the team earned a good tip so I paid them $40 each. Too bad the Matt guy ruined it all.

Will definitely use again. Showed up early, were extremely professional and fast. Not one thing in my home or one item packed to move was damaged or mishandled in any way. Even finished earlier than the alloted two hour minimum, and never once tried to drag out the time to accrue more charges. Already recommended them, and Hire A Helper, to my realtor and others who need help moving anything. 5 stars plus!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company and the 3 men who moved me into our apartment! Irving, Rick & Dan were wonderful!!! They were early to start which was great since there was a threat of rain. They were very efficient and handled all of our belongings with care. They were careful not to hit walls or scratch the flooring. I highly recommend them & will use them again with my next move!!????????
