Guys were running late and texted to give a heads up.
Upon arrival, they dug in and hauled ass-tonishingly large amounts of items and made sure they got the job done.
Karim is a champ and led his crew well. They were friendly, very polite, respectfull and courteous. I can't speak to how well they'd load the truck becasue I personally oversaw that, while they did most of the lifting. They were very conscious to care for the items being moved as well as the walls, doorways, etc... Only suggestion: perhaps offer to wear booties inside, if there is concern about carptets or flooring.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect positive language on the job site, a workaround to any issues that may arise, an explanation of packing format, unwavering honesty, and that the customer will feel understood.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
If itâs part of a move, your movers can take care of it for you. Youâll work with the professional movers that you hire to figure out an exact plan and what tasks youâd like them to handle.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Keep a running list of all the little things that have to get done, put into place kid or pet arrangements early in the morning, leave out some basic cleaning supplies, and do one last walk-through.

We've worked for much different clientele from many different backgrounds, including businesses such as - Philly Pretzel Factory, Staging Theory (NJ), and TriggerHouse.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is being able to help others by giving back with a skillset that is bar-none.
What training do you provide your crew members?
When a person is hired to become a professional mover, they are constantly being trained and retrained due to one of our core values which is constant improvement. All of our movers are qualified pros with considerable years of experience. We set what we like to call the "Golden Standard" for our team and expect delivery every time, no matter how big or small the job is. Training is two-part: on-the-job experience and completing a virtual orientation process with our onboarding agent.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
