I would NOT recommend this moving company.
The movers worked incredibly slowly while I was being charged by the hour. At times, it seemed to take nearly 15 minutes to move a single item, and my neighbor witnessed them standing downstairs leaning against the wall and taking breaks between items.
On top of that, they put TWO HOLES in my apartment walls and damaged my mattress, and I was offered no meaningful resolution for the damage.
The customer service was just as bad. When I tried to end the job after the movers had already left so I wouldn’t continue being charged, I was spoken to aggressively and rudely. Another employee spoke to me in an extremely belittling way and threatened to cancel my movers if I didn’t do what she demanded.
I paid for professional movers—not to watch the clock run while people stood around, have my property damaged, and then be treated disrespectfully when I raised concerns.
Save yourself the stress and choose another moving company.

I highly recommend using this company for a move. They’re very quick and efficient. Very nice and polite. Took good care of all my things. They were running a little behind due to other jobs taking a little longer than they were scheduled for but the company was quick to call me and keep me up-to-date. I will definitely be using them again.

They moved and placed items in moving truck that limited movement of heavy items while also allowing them to efficiently unload. They were courteous with my belongings and friendly.
