What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Instant call or text from us after booking with us. If, we are on a job site we will reschudle to call you back that same day! We ask some questions for confirmation, (Address, gate code, drop off location, size of truck, any pets, furniture items, ANY BIG items, stairs, parking arragnments, packing/unpacking assitance)
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We send a reminder text the day before. We send a on our way text message 30 mins before arrival.

Communicate with your movers on how far along you are in packing and organizing everything to be transported. If we are aware on your situation, we can better assist you! Try to prepare ( dressers, book shelves, tape boxes properly, remove small items that are in the way)
