If I could give no stars I would!!!! Never use this company!!! They overcharged you over the 2 hour minimum and if they finish before that they will not refund you the money the charge!!! Horrible experience! They say that because we booked through 1-800 PAC Rat and they estimated a longer time than needed that there company doesn’t refund, but if we booked directly through them then it would be different! All of these company’s displayed the worst possible customer service you could ever get and there services were not great. My husband and I had to help move things due to these so called helpers moving like snails and one had an injury.
If you want to not be over charged for work not being done, go somewhere else. You will probably be treated better too!!!

Both men were fantastic. They were prompt. They gave me a courtesy call when they were on their way. They never stopped. Always caring for my furniture making sure not to nick or scratch anything. They assembled my furniture as well. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone.

Sean and Tim from Elite Staffing were FANTASTIC!! Right on time, kind and friendly! Very knowledgeable about how to wrap fragile objects and get heavy items down three flights of stairs without a scratch. I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon but would highly highly recommended these two guys!
