That went soooo fast with Elite Services doing the heavy lifting. Arrived within the desired window, though not at the beginning, which is normal for movers, if you’ve not experienced that. Only regret is that I prepaid for an extra hour through Hire-A-Helper, and it is not refundable. Go with the minimum, as these guys know what they are doing!

The moving team did a fantastic job. They started on time and took great care carefully loading everything. They also provided great help in wrapping glass furniture and pictures. I would highly recommend them for your next move.

Great guys! So helpful and strong. They were efficient at moving things out of the truck, into the home and assembled our furniture without lagging or wasted time and we had some heavy stuff. Very professional and great communication with Jason, Dulce, and the movers. They showed up on time and ready to work! Will definitely be using for my other moving needs. I definitely recommend hiring them!

I was very surprised when they showed up at my house without a dolly strong enough to handle heavy furniture items. I have used similar services five times in the past four years, and the workers always showed up with an industrial type dolly or two. One of the workers had to leave the job to go to a nearby store and buy a dolly. So everything was resolved in the end. But I think it should be standard form when people are hired to load items from the house into a pod the hired workers should come prepared with a dolly. It never occurred to me that I had to specifically request this.

Nice enough guys. If you need muscle to move they would be fine. If you need expertise, this is not the crew for you. They were late arriving,which they did call to notify their job was behind. I was cool given I had rescheduled myself. I understand things happen. The first guy showed up and his partner was about 30 min later than him. They did not have a dolly(borrowed mine) or bring water(asked for it and of course I have no cups because they are packed) and generally seemed inexperienced. I didn’t wrap my furniture given I had called and asked specifically about that and was told by the coordinator that the movers handle that. Movers said they don’t do that. Eventually they started using the moving blankets and wrap as they loaded. Also, they weren’t familiar with loading into shipping cubes which isn’t much different than a truck. They didn’t know how to work the ratcheting tie downs so my stuff was not secured when they left. I went back and rearranged some items and tied it down after they left.
Overall they got the stuff to the cube and tried to keep some stuff from rubbing. They are truely loading help and not movers per se.
