The company had my name wrong on the work order. The work order stated the hired help was loading a 2-bedroom home into the POD.
The workers were on time, very courteous, took into consideration my request for the placement of the items and worked at record speed to have the job completed within an hour.
I tipped both workers and they then went about their business.
The POD was picked up promptly the following day @7am.

Both workers were are on time and They work very hard in this heat. I would definitely use them again. They were respectful of my belongings and just a couple of nice guys. Thank you for the service. I will keep it in mind for future jobs.

20 min late showing up. Took 45 min just to LOAD a dresser INTO the POD and OUT of my home. I asked them to wrap it as it was expensive and they didn't and they put a large scratch on the top of it. I immediately called dispatch and told them they had scratrched the dresser after asking them to wrap it and they didn't. She said I would have to file a claim once the POD was delivered to new address.
(A different mover that UNLOADED my POD and moved me IN 6 mos prior, unloaded the whole POD in 2 hrs and put together a bed and I had a sectional to move in that didn't need moving this time so I knew it would take less than 2 hrs. to load the POD.)
They were dismissive when talking to me with my request. They were on their cell phones.
I would not hire them.
