They didn't unwrap the mattress and placed it upside down, which left myself taking long time to turn over.
They did dress properly. One of the (2) movers showed their body when bending to work even he kept lifting his pants.
The TV set was not working anymore after the unloading.
You called a month later at 9:22 pm Oct 10th to blame us about your tv - we just unloaded your tv an set it up in front of you. Your TV was in a box- there was no damages- There’s pictures taken of your stuff the way it was packed before we unpacked it - you had broken lamps etc wich we also took pictures of. So if there was damage to a tv. It was who ever loaded you or during transport - impossible for us to cause those damages- as I recall we gave you excellent service- your order was wrong you live many floors up no charge- you went over your time no extra charge.so again my apologies if your disappointment in the workers or services, but the damages not us a picture says a 1000 words
