The men who packed us were extremely knowledgable and did a great job. We traveled from AZ to TX and found everything to be in fine condition, thanks to their packing. We would highly recommend this service.
I would extend this recommendation to facebook and twitter, but don't do either.

The movers were delayed at another job, and then there car broke down. Hours late in getting to us, but they moved everything out of the truck and into the house and were very polite and funny.
I would hire them again, I doubt a car could break down twice.:)

As their name states, my move was easy because of them. It was a big job and they stayed 3 hours longer than I booked per my request. They listened to what I needed and showed concern for me when my back started to hurt. They made sure I wasn't lifting anything heavy. They took good care of my things and showed interest in the origin of them, which was fun for me. I would definitely use them again.

All I can Say is this was the worst moving experience of my life. I clearly laid out what was needed before I hired this crew. It was a very simple task, but it involved having 4 capable, dependable guys show up on time. The key word on time. The first day they didn;t show up, but they explained to me that they were having truck problems. Ok, I get it so I gave them a second chance. I did get them to commit to the next day and to be on time. They did show up the next day only 2 hours late. That's when it got worse. I had one POD to unload, with 4 people should only take 45 minutes. Then another 2 hours to assemble everything. It took them almost 3 hours to unload the truck. They were slow, lazy, and just didn't seem to care. Simple things such as putting a kings size mattress on bed were done incorrectly. . Not being able to Hook up a dryer which took me all of about 5 minutes to do when I arrived. The list goes on and on....They were finally asked to leave, with the job only half done. I would never hire this crew again. This was an experience that NO ONE should have to go thru.

Our movers were great. They unloaded everything in the truck within the two hours we booked them for. Everything was carefully moved inside our new place. I would definitely hire them again.

They got started late but did call to let us know they would be late due to a flat tire..The two guys that were dropped off here to load our moving container where very polite and respectful they both worked very hard . They made sure our glass stuff was securely packed in bubble wrap and card board.. They did a very good job with packing the container got as much into it as possible..Yes we would use them again the guys that were here worked very hard and got our job complete in 4 hours...

Showed up 3 1/2 hours late to afternoon job to unpack 28 ft truck. All 3 men showed up fatigued. Asked to use our outlet to charge dead battery on cell and took 25 minutes of a 2 hour job to get started. Owner called in additional men which was not something we approved AND we ended up having to pay for, to make up for the tired men. Should have not taken as long as it did for such an easy job (no stairs, no assembly of furniture). Would definitely NOT recommend this moving company to anyone. Also the owner had the nerve to tell us to rank 5 stars and not take in consideration that they were late and men were tired.

My wife and I have moved nine time and have a good understanding on how to pack/prepare things for shipment.
The two person crew was very experienced and professionally packed and loaded my daughter's items into the PODs container.
They each worked diligently and asked appropriate questions.
I would recommend this cost effective service to anyone.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.
