This was our best move ever and we will never move again without them! They showed up on time and handled everything efficiently, carefully, and completely reduced the stress of the move. We had stuff EVERYWHERE and Jason just calmed us down, asked what to get first and they did it all. They put all of the furniture and labeled boxes in each room and unloaded the rest into our garage. They were kind enough to wrap the dressers and even helped us to get the truck ready to return. The next day, we even received a text message with an offer to help on anything we may have missed. This is certainly the way to go and we were extremely happy with their service and highly suggest using them! We even finished earlier than we had expected.

They didn't bring a hand truck, but we had one and they knew how to use it. :)
They worked very hard. Offered them breaks, but they only took one after moving a very large akward hutch (hot day, over 100) for a cold drink.
Very respectful, very willing to do what I wanted, even if I changed my mind. Even did some things that were not on my list.
Very careful with everything.
They did an excellent job packing boxes in the garage, we were afraid we would have to leave the car out.
Worked very well together.
I would definitely call for them again and I would recommend them to friends. :)

They were such a blessing!! It has been almost a year since they moved us.The truck was emptied, the beds put together and rooms arranged in 2hrs. We will be using them again when we move soon!

This company is great. They were able to get me help on the same day. They worked hard. And packed my pod very carefully. They wrapped my furniture better than I would have. I will defiantly have them unload my pod for me as well.

They arrived on time, were focused, polite and efficient. They had all the required tools and were clearly very experienced. They offered helpful suggestions, and did an outstanding job. The truck was packed tight and neat and they ordered things to make my unloading easier. Throughout the job they were gentle with both furniture and my many excessively heavy boxes. They never complained and made loading of the truck stress free and even enjoyable.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
