To whom it may correspond,
We are truly disappointed with the service we received today. We let them know since the beginning that we needed help with the heavy stuff first, and if there was any time left, then we could focus on the small/medium stuff.

1. They left the heavy stuff at the end! And didn't load them into the PODS container.
2. They took a couple of breaks without our permission and didn't compensate the time!
3. One of the guys wasn't doing anything! He was just walking and walking.
4. They left a lot of things outside the PODS, we will have to load them on our own.
5. Due to their inability to strategically accommodate the stuff, we will have to take additional stuff in our trucks/cars.

We didn't have issues at all with our helpers in Utah, and we had the same stuff and two persons helping.

A lot of people I know will be moving soon as well, I'll totally suggest NOT to use this service for their moving! I'll leave this same note in GOOGLE and other sites as well. I don't want others to commit the same mistake as us.

Hello Jocelyn, This review comes as a total shock. I Greg, was personally on your job. I and my team, do not remember, being informed in the beginning, at the time of the walk through with you, that you wanted us to only load the big items. We heard this when, we had 30 minutes left of the pre booked time. (2 hours) It was at that time, I was informed you wanted us for the 2 hours only, and that was all you could afford. We are a top quality company, and if we had only loaded, the large items first, It would have been much worse, I new from the beginning, it would not all fit in the POD and I had mentioned that to you in the beginning. No one just walked around. There are times, that we look for certain items to fill spaces, so it is loaded properly for damage control. We all 3 worked, and carried the items down 3 flights of stairs. We took 1 break less than 5 minutes, to get some water. Then back to work. We worked over the 2 hours, making up for that short break, and only recorded the 2 hours.We loaded half the POD, and got all the large items down the 3 flights of stairs, in the 2 hours, as requested by you. We are sorry that the 2 hours was not enough time to load everything, and that it did not all fit. We are sorry to hear, that you were disappointed. We did all we could in the 2 hours. Sincerely

Of the two helpers one was very motivated the other was in 4th gear. Most problematic portion was the dense body Oder. I had to open my bed room window where they were putting my bed frame together.

Hello Phyllis, The crews always work as a team. Sometimes it does seem one person, is working harder than others, depending on the job, they are working. They worked hard, and finished the job for you within the 2 hour minimum, so I am sure they were steady. As far as a body odor problem, I am not sure what that was about. I did talk to the crew, and they are aware, to practice good personal hygiene, and they will comply. I have worked with all the crew members, and have never experienced any kind of odor from any of them, except in the hot weather, after a hard days work. We recently moved after upgrading apartment size. We had a few items that were heavier furniture and quite a few boxes. Ramone and Mel showed up early on the rainy day that we moved. They quickly jumped in to move the heavier furniture as we had already loaded most of the boxes onto the trailer. We drove to our new apartment and while we helped a good amount, these two men were BEASTS! We had the 24 foot trailer emptied and everything moved in in 45 minutes. Had 2 guys for 2 hours and they worked so quick and edficiently. The process was quick, Greg communicated along the entire way and was always a pleasure to speak to. Worth every single cent. Will be using them the next time we move!!!!

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
