I’m giving them a two, I honestly would have given a one. The reason I went with this company as opposed from a big name was because of the pricing. For context, I moved from a one bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment that was 15 minutes away from the original apartment. I sold all my furniture prior to moving, except for a bed and a dresser. I had 26 moving boxes in total, like the ones you buy from Home Depot my boxes were ranging from small to extra large. The whole process took FIVE hours lol and I didn’t even have furniture so that is wild. I prepaid for two and ended up having to pay for three more. My friend moved two weeks ago from a three bedroom apartment and that took five hours with her movers for even more context. They were extremely fast in the beginning and you can see them drastically slow down, at one point one of the movers we didn’t even see for almost an hour. When we asked where he was, the other guy said that he’s bringing the boxes halfway to make the job easier, but I counted the boxes that were already in my apartment at the time and there shouldn’t have been any more boxes to bring in. I feel like I was scammed for the extra three hours. Three hours max would have made sense. In the end, I will not be using this again in the future, when looking for movers. Two stars is still generous in reality. I was debating giving a one. The 2 stars is because they showed up on time and and nothing is broken lol. They also stated they would come back and mount my tv, we agreed to a time and day. Left work early to accommodate the time, followed up with them before I left my office and they reconfirmed. Followed up again when they were 10 mins late only for them to say they’re no longer coming. If I didn’t message them, they wouldn’t have communicated they were never coming. I do not recommend booking with them
UPDATED since “I lied”. You’re lucky I can’t post snips, but I will on Yelp when I get a moment (+ your Yelp reviews are pretty spot on with my experience). Your movers pocketed the last 3 hours via Zelle and cash. If you want to see the transfer I’ll be happy to send it over. To use this app, you have to notate how many flights of stairs is to your apartment. It’s literally in the description of my order, and at the destination they didn’t have to worry about stairs or an elevator bc they parked on the same level as my unit. But I’ll leave it at that, have a blessed day!

When the movers came with truck I called and let the owner know that my stuff wouldn’t fit the truck was too small. The movers argued me down everything will fit. I let them know please don’t squashed my stuff and how I wanted the things delivered to the storage. I later had to pack up my van and pickup twice to drop stuff off at the storage. And once I got to the storage stuff was disorganized, tvs laying flat. I will never work with either company’s again.
I am sorry for the outcome, but the responsibility and outcome fall completely on her.

Ronny really knows his stuff and he and Jacob did a great job. They were packing and loading a POD from the stuff in our garage and they did a solid job. I would definitely use them again.
FYI, I wish I had connected with Ronny at the start of all of this. He would have really helped me get things better organized.

We hired (contract) for 2 men for four hours . The two showed up and we provided them with tour and our instructions . A third person showed up later and said he was their supervisor and we wasted more time explaining to him what needed to be done. As the supervisor he gave direction by pointing to the other worker( who were exceptional) and occasionally did some work . We had moving blankets on hand but he came back and said they had used 10 of their moving blankets and said we owed $100 for the 10 moving blankets . It was never discussed .
2-1/2 hours in, he came in and said the time was up because there were 3 of them.
We never requested a third person ; but we agreed to another hour (with-in our 4 hour block) because we were nowhere near done (nor did he do the work of a third person.).
When they finished, he expected us to pay him for the extra hour and the blankets . However , when we got online, there was
no way to pay for the blankets . He suggested we put the $200 extra in the tip line, which we REFUSED to do ,

I am seriously impressed with MoveLogicix. I booked them for a small move, and they showed up on time and ready to work. They were so efficient and professional that the entire job was finished before the 2-hour minimum was even up.
