I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
The movers were scheduled to arrive between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM but did not arrive until approximately 4:45 PM, causing significant delays. When I opened the door to greet the crew, I noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the movers.
After loading my belongings, the crew did not arrive at my newly built home until approximately 7:45 PM, and unloading took an additional hour. During the unloading process, I heard members of the crew arguing outside near my front entrance, and I specifically heard the crew lead say, “Who has to pay for it? I do.”
A few days later, while exiting through my front door, I discovered crumbled stucco and concrete chips on the ground. Upon inspection, I found damage to a stucco column located directly along the path the movers used to carry furniture into my home. The damage was never disclosed to me by the crew.
This is a brand-new home, and the damage will now require professional repair. What is most concerning is not only the damage itself, but the fact that it was not reported to me when it occurred.
I have opened a property damage claim and am awaiting resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this moving company.
