Hired this group for unpacking my Budget rental truck. I was worried about the team having to carry the furniture up front steps to house and to second floor. But everything worked out great. The team was able to unload everything in under 2 hours. Would recommend this group.

I was somewhat apprehensive about using unknown ( to me) helpers just because. But was pleasantly surprised to receive a call that they were on their way and arrived on time. They followed directions, were very respectful, moved items to access something we really wanted to take on this load without complaint tied everything in to avoid movement and were finished before we knew it!

It wasn’t the greatest care for our house or furniture/boxes. Stacking things unnecessarily such as a filing cabinet on a speaker… there are a few marks on our walls from moving furniture up as well.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
