The crew arrived on time and completed the loading within the time window that we paid for. We were pleased with how much they were able to get into the POD. The only “negative” was there was some damage to one of our door frames - paint was scratched off and doorframe was roughed up. Overall a wonderful experience. Would use them again.

The two man team of Marcos and Rafael were great. They helped unpack a full POD that was not packed properly and was collapsing under its weight. They had a great attitude throughout. Highly recommend this team.

There were two men that came to move only large furniture items from a POD. Only one of them spoke English and the one that spoke English jumped into action without speaking to me and just started taking control moving things without my input. The whole experience was extremely rushed and it was very difficult trying to talk to both of them because again, one did not speak English and the other one when I tried to communicate he would refer to me that he has over 15 years moving experience. When he assembled my bedroom furniture again, it was very rushed, and he did not tighten all bolts appropriately. It would have been nice if they took the time to understand how I would like things moved, and placed in the house, etc. Since I'm paying by the hour. I got the impression that they saw that there was only big furniture items and they were very quick to rush to get it done so that they had extra time for themselves that I was paying for.

The 2 man group were an excellent crew in dismantling the bedroom sets to facilitate the move, wrapping the dressers and other furniture to protect them from damage, and packing all the items in an organized and intelligent way in the moving truck. I highly recommend the services from this moving company. I am totally satisfied with their service, courtesy and professionalism during the entire time they were packing the moving truck.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.
