If I could give zero stars, I would. I am highly disappointed with the movers this go around. I used them before to unload a move a year ago but never used them to load and I see why. They literately threw my stuff in my truck with no sort of order. My dresser was damaged and nobody cared to tell me it happened and I didn't find out until it came time to unload. I tipped them well and I am highly disappointed. Never will use them again.

Arrived within the specified time frame and had all materials to perform the job. Completed within the reserved time. Attempted to contact multiple times prior to the move in order to confirm, no response and no call back from them. Did not ask where anything went, just moved stuff in and left it wherever they wanted. Would probably not use again, but the job got done.

I would use Superior Service again. Jason and Jose jumped to work, starting right on time and puzzled my boxes and furniture together into one Cube. If we'd use the second cube I would have paid almost $2K more. It takes smarts and good planning to do it right so I'm very appreciative.

It's always scary relying on other people especially during a mive, but these guys were great. They gave me a call when they were on the way, arrived on time, brought their own dolly, hustled really hard and was very careful with my property. I would definitely recommend these guys and I would use them again. Thanks guys !

Both the people that showed up - Chris and Jose did a good job for us. They could communicate well and were very efficient - especially Chris - the guy’s a real pro! They unloaded the entire 16 feet pod in about an hour and 40 minutes. We only had 2 issues with them: we had asked them to get booties and wear masks. They showed up without booties saying they couldn’t find any and usually clients provide booties (which was weird since usually the movers bring them, in my experience). Fortunately, I had some booties I had bought from Home Depot in Plano, so they wore those. The other issue was, one of the guys would often remove the mask off his nose (which was understandable, especially since this is pretty strenuous work). I had to remind him to wear his mask properly once and then gave up after that. Barring these 2 (minor) issues, they did a great job for us! I would hire them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.
