Two guys showed up from Superior Service on time and did a great job. They called when they were on the way and worked diligently.

Really impressed by Chris and Tony. I called to change the loading address 1.5 hours before. They showed up at the correct address on time (at 1pm when I set a frame of 1pm-2pm) and packed everything efficiently. I was shocked at how much they could fit in my tiny Uhaul trailer - we had a truckbed as backup that we didn't need to fill. We moved into a 3rd floor apartment on a 90 degree afternoon. I paid for 2 hours and they finished 15 minutes early.

The two men that were sent were very courtious and nice. However, the way they packed the uhaul truck was not very efficient. I had several broken items which should not have been damaged if packed correctly. After they got everything in truck the door could only be opened 3/4 way up making it very difficult to unload. I thought several boxes were missing but they were left in truck by unloading crew. I wrongly accused your guys of taking them and am very sorry and apologize for my accusations before checking everywhere.

They were on time and were ready to work but they did a awful job loading. When we got to our destination and unloaded we discovered brand new boxes that were squashed. They loaded heavy boxes on top of lighter ones. I was told they had years of experience and knew what they were doing so not to interfere. We had bubble wrap and asked them to use it but they didn't. I had a special tv box but they just jammed the tv into the box. There were a few nicks and gouges in the furniture but fortunately nothing major. I was in the house so did not see how they were loading. It wasn't until we got to our destination and unpacked that we discovered how things were loaded. I selected Superior Moving because it had 5 stars but would not use then again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
