Great experience. One of the hottest days in Dallas in the last 5 years but that did not even slow the effort. I would not only recommend but I will use this service again when we move to our permanent resident. Two outstanding gentlemen unloaded our POD with care that exceeded our expectations. The movers were supposed to be here at 9:30 a.m. One mover came at 11:30. We had the apt. Manager on us to remove the POD and we were trying to get done faster. My husband unloaded a quarter of the POd before the one mover came. He said that one guy got sick but another was on the way. My husband helped him a bit but he was clearly embarrassed. He was a nice, hardworking guy so besides the later time he was good. He did leave the wrap on our larger items so I had to remove it myself, although our movers in Baton Rouge told us that it would be removed. It was very hot and we only had fridge water to offer him. I felt that he should have gotten paid more since he did the work himself. Overall it was a stressful experience because we had a tight schedule and we paid for a service that we didn't really get. Chris did what he could under the circumstances but in a big city like this I would think that the company would have back-up. It wasn't fair to their employee but we needed to get the stuff out of there and my husband had to go to work. I tipped him because he did the best he could alone. Superior is just below average to me and when we move next year to our house I will use a more dependable company which sends the proper number of workers.
The circumstances of the previous job did not allow for a stopping point for us to come back after this move and continue. Therefore customer was informed of the delay. Since all of our crews were working and all we had was 1 man immediately available customer decided to have the 1 man start alone. This move was completed with just one man onsite, so customer only paid for 1 man. We are making the necessary changes

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
