We will also drive your rental truck (for those uncomfortable with driving a larger vehicle). Scott and his crew were some of the best movers I’ve ever had and I move a lot for work. They were on time, they worked throughout their time with me and they even finished a little early. They took care of my things and when they needed to they asked questions rather than making mistakes. I will use them when I move back to Ann Arbor and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs great movers.

Discount Moving and Hauling was terrific - very communicative, and flexible when we were running late from driving in from out of state on one of the first really snowy days. Very helpful and efficient and nice - I'd recommend them, and would use them again!

They started 30 minutes late and there was a “learning curve” re: shrink wrapping mattresses which is understandable but I shouldn’t have had to pay for the extra time. Then after charging me for the extra hour they hung out in my driveway for another 20 minutes? Why? 20$ tip each for 2 1/2 hours was not enough?
One of the two workers was amiable regarding the late start but the other seemed more interested in the money. Overall I would take the chance but make sure you set your timer!!

I was somewhat concerned about hiring unloading help, as the reviews on HireAHelper seemed to differ from Yelp. Discount Moving & Hauling did a truly great job. The owner reached out, confirmed the date and time, and the two people who showed up to do the work were professional, thoughtful, and hardworking. They successfully got everything moved into our house without damage and were very conscious about not damaging our furniture. Highly recommend. They made a painful process much easier!
