Mary provided outstanding customer service and regular updates of when the crew would be on site to unload the PODS. The crew were excellent and quick with unloading and extra careful with moving the furniture and washer/dryer. They placed everything in the correct locations in the house and garage. I highly recommend using their service as I will for the next PODS on Monday 4/20/26.

Showed up on time which was great. Felt like they were in too much of a hurry to get to the next job. Very rushed. Several items damaged in move including antique chair. Thanks for your help but wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
At the start of the job we asked if the customer had moving blankets; he said he did not. We used two sheets we had on hand to cover the most important items and worked as quickly and carefully as possible because he told us to load everything onto the truck — he was leaving for another city and appeared nervous and stressed. When we finished he gave us a $100 tip

Hire a helper is the worst I have ever experienced. Almost ever single item is damaged. The Ethan Allen cherry table and 7 chairs broken, and with deep gouges, the sofa bed and matching chair ripped, the Span America Easy Air hospital bed mattress and attached device had a bunch of stuff fall on it so not sure it anymore good, I have to test it . My NEW twin bed had gouges on one of the bed post, Even some of our crates had broken tops boxes crushed. I told ABF they should have just backed it up to a dump, everything is destroyed ??. I would NEVER recommend them.
