I hired VIP Moving Service and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
While the movers arrived early, several of my items were damaged during the move. Communication was also difficult, as the crew spoke very limited English, which made it challenging to give clear instructions.
During the job, the company called me multiple times requesting additional money. I had already paid an extra $150 for additional time, yet shortly after, they called again asking for another $150. When I declined, the movers refused to complete basic tasks such as placing boxes where directed and assembling beds unless I paid more.
In addition, they left behind all of the packing debris and garbage instead of removing it, which added to the frustration.
When I spoke with the manager, she was unprofessional and rude, which made the situation even more difficult.
Overall, I would not recommend this company and suggest others proceed with caution.

They were early, worked quickly, worked hard. All three were friendly and cooperative if we needed to move something more than once. They brought dollies to move heavy stuff. They were careful and cautious with our property and respectful, as well. A GREAT group of helpers!!!! I would use them again in a minute! I highly recommend this group of helpers

VIP Movers Service 24/7 was hired to provide labor--2 men for 2 hours--to load large and/or heavy household furniture onto a PODS container. The men assigned to the job arrived on time, worked professionally and efficiently, and were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire VIP Movers Service 24/7 again and I highly recommend them.
