They did not know how to load furniture. They sat in their truck while my friends we inside trying to organize what should go on the truck in a smooth fashion. They said something about me not having a contract to tell them what to do. We ended up making 2 trips that could have been one. I think it was more a communication issue than anything.

they were scheduled to arrive between 10:00am and 11:00am, but did not arrive until just after 12:00, i recieved text during the two hours they were on there way, but took two hours to arrive. once they arrived they steadly worked. i would use once more and hope their scheduling issues get resolved

This is for the hireahelper.com. U push these boys to work fast and bring in the money w no consideration at all to the clients furniture. My big dark wood dresser has a chunk out of it and scratched . My new dark wood tv cabinet is so scratched on the top that it’s pathetic. Your supposed to be professional. I went and bought tons of wrap and I provided thick blankets also ruined . I just don’t understand this. While the boys worked they received dozens of calls from their company.. I also received dozens of texts concerning only time and money. This is the worst company and my furniture is ruined. Also add into that my 65 inch tv screen on my new Samsung tv from Best Buy. This was horrible. I can’t take care of my patients like this. DONT USE THIS HIRE COMPANY the reviews r on their workers who r pushed to hurry so they can do many jobs. This company has no ethics they just ruin your furniture. This will be all over social media and reported to every agency I can find. This company will not even let u speak to the movers prior to plan your move they r so distrusting of good men . Thank You for destroying my furniture!!!!!!again your rating these hard working boys not the Hire Company that sucks.
