August and his co-worker were great. Although they were a few minutes late, they called to let me know that and then arrived when they said they would. They went right to work and finished the job long before the time for which I had hired them, and every step of the way they were careful with my things, and got more in the POD than I thought they could. I am very pleased.

The guys who did the truck unloading were great, fast and efficient. My problem was with the person doing the scheduling for Portland Movers Ready. Scheduled for 1-2pm, they finally showed at 5:30. His excuse? "We don't guarantee a starting time." Beware...

The two young men (I can't remember their names) were excellent. They were on time, ready to work, did not waste anytime, loaded everything in an efficient manner, and were extremely polite. I used Portland Movers Ready. I do not recommend the UHaul site however. They are horrible and don't give you anyway to contact the appropriate people should there be a problem.

The movers that showed up did work hard with all of the tasks that we gave them. However, after they left our hand drill was no where to be found. One of them used it to take apart a desk. It was the two of us, and three of them. No one else could have taken it, but one of them. Shameful.
