I have to give them high marks. They asked us where to put stuff we told and they did a great job assembleding styff.
I do h. Seave to tell that a 5 dawer file cabinet was damaged by the loading crew. I have taken pictures of the damage of the item. Screws on both sides of the rails fell out and only 2 were recovered. Please get back to me on how to make the claim.

It was a 3 man crew originally for 6 hours. They ended up working 8 hours and it was a long hot day. Crew did excellent work, took care to bundle up furniture with moving blankets and packing the entire 28' trailer. They were local in Prescott area. Good work ethic, good crew. Would definitely hire again if I was silly enough to move again!

While I found the two individuals who assisted with loading my truck, they incredibly slow and physically not suited for this type of job and I observed them on their phone multiple times. Due to their inability to hustle as I was promised they went over by 3 hours which impacted my budget significantly.

Helpers were too slow, that wouldn't keep up with my pace. Everything was already packed they just jad to move it. They took their time because I was a lady, even the bods came and sized me up. Very discriminatory.
Then they broke my head board because they didn't help me take it apart properly. A wheel is also missing from my stand up heater. Very lazy and very careless. They also refused to listen to directions from me. I called the service and complained during the ride to our drop off location. Very disappointing, very dissatisfied. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE.
I did fill out my job inventory before service. The guy who took my call December 2nd told me he had it in front of him. Find it. Listen to the phone recording.
