They were both great! Great attitudes, very helpful! However, they were 5.5 hours late since they drove from several hours away! Don’t u have crew in the Prescott area to handle jobs here? I suggest you hire some since the guys had so much traffic to deal with. Another option would be for Xmen not to take on jobs in this area if you don’t have staff nearby. Thank you!
Otis and Matthew arrived within the one hour arrival window. They were respectful and worked very hard. It was a bit of a challenge finding a spot for the truck that worked for them but they worked with the space that was available. They came prepared with the necessary equipment to make the move smoothly. I would use them again.
The guys were a little bit late getting here, but they kept me informed. When they arrived they got right to the task at hand and did an outstanding job of off-loading the truck and getting all of my furniture and boxes into the house safely and in good order. They were fast and efficient as well as polite; I highly recommend them.
