To be quite honest, I could do a better job packing in my younger days. I asked them to utilize all of the space. It didn’t happen. They worked so quickly? That they were unable to plan out the packing process in order to utilize the entire pod. They were fast, treated my property with respect and were the nicest guys you could meet. I would be happy to see them again to unpack. I just think that I could have put everything in the pod that Wanted to if they had used the space better.

Of the several crews I have used over the past 6 or so weeks (large old New England farm house; mild heart attack, pneumonia, hospital, heatwave), Have It Maid are far and away the Absolute Best. On time, ready, eager to work, worked non-stop, came up with creative solutions to sticky problems. Most kind, cheerful, attentive, and flexible due to my health situation. Hire them if you can schedule them!

I went through HireAHelper site that was given to me by Pods recommendation of different moving company's.
I set up a time of 10 AM Saturday for Have it maid to send 2 men for three hours at a reasonable cost compared to the other moving company's. Brian the owner called me and asked if they could be there at 1100 am instead and I told him yes but I have to leave for work at 130 pm and he said they will be there. You guessed it, there a no show.
I called Brian and he said they were coming and would be there at twelve pm. Yup you guessed it again. I called him again and now this time he tells me one of his guys wont answer his phone [WHAT] the last call you said they were on there way. So now he said he was coming instead personally to take care of this. I am so pissed now with his Bull **** to me and just wondering if any body is even gonna show up to load my 16 foot pods container. so off to work I go and having my wife leave her job early to be here instead, finally 4 guys showed up at 3:45 pm and moved every thing in the Pod container quickly which was good but when I got home and checked the pod container, these guys did not pack this very good at all, they didn't even secure, expensive stereo equipment, just laid them on top of each other (one quick stop by the pods truck & everything would go flying)the two ladders bike and speakers, all they did was lay these things down on the floor and left them there. This moving service company is not professionally trained to pack properly. Oh HIREAHELPER claims they have a 4.75 rating, HA what a joke. If I didn't call Brian every time was he even gonna call me knowing his guys aren't here. So if your reading my review, you should just try someone else other than hireahelper and HAVE IT MAID moving Company.
