Hired Have It Made twice over an 8-day period for 2-hrs each time to empty a POD each time at our new house. Brian and his colleague were excellent each time. They arrived in the expected timeframe, asked frequent useful questions for furniture/box placements, were careful handling items and of doorways/walls, and worked hard. I used them the first time, then rebooked them for the second time (after being certain they were who I'd want back!). I'd certainly use them again, and have no hesitation recommending them.

I did underestimate the time I needed, which is on me, but there were also a few issues with our experience. First of all, I received the automated message that the movers were either there presently or would be shortly, but they didn't arrive for another 15 minutes. They also took a lunch break mid-move without letting us know and we were at the other end of our move wondering what had happened. The contact I was given didn't respond to my texts or calls during that period until after they arrived. I ended up needing to extend my truck rental. I paid for a full 4 hours of moving labor help, but in reality they only worked about 3h15 for us. Probably would have had to pay for the full 4 anyway, since we went that 15 minutes over, but the unannounced lunch really threw us off. The movers themselves were very nice, hardworking, and otherwise professional, but the communication wasn't great.

I had to reschedule my unloading multiple times and each time they picked up the phone promptly and graciously accommodated me. I truly appreciated them fitting me into what was a very busy day for them right before a holiday weekend and the team did an amazing job getting my stuff into my new place from the POD. Thank you so much!
Edit: I later used them for loading too and they did a fantastic job with that as well! Super nice team.
