They tried 3x to change my requested time for loading help, after my payment was made. I scheduled according to when I could get a truck. They took forever just moving items from the house to the garage, they broke my dress and neglected to tell us. My daughter over heard them saying something amongst themselves. They left a lot of items in each room. The furniture we had wanted moved was supposed to fill a 17' truck, the amount of the items moved to the garage for 2hrs of paid labor did not fill half of my truck. I would not recommend their services, nor will I be using hire a helper again.
